Worse service than Telkom

The most frustrating back-and-forth I've ever experienced. 99% of the time nobody gets through on the WhatsApp line to help you, and when you finally do get through to somebody - a simple activation seems IMPOSSIBLE. Nobody knows what's going on. We have been waiting for weeks. Worst service ever
