Worse service provider

They are *********** and *****ulent company that doesn't respect their clients they are inconsistent can't keep their promises and they think that they can take anyone for a ride.I opened a non binding agreement with them for providing internet on LTE line I paid them in August 2024 they failed to deliver early September 2024 when I followed up they apologize and claimed there are missing documents on rica then I submitted two weeks later no their courier can't deliver I am in high risk area really only now that I am in high risk area I need to pay extra 200rands I don't know if that can cover the risk any they delivered then first two months they were running a promo for 350 monthly premium then after it goes back to normal price of 499 then all of a sudden they Ve price increase 649 when one ask no you were informed with email where is the proof they can't provide then in January again the price now is 749 they are a real **** then they suspended service in Jan on the 22 on 27 Jan we paid them 649 six months down the line they sent an email claiming that we owe them 799 for February when asked for which service they can't answer.
