Worse service. Money paid but not connected .

Technicians came to run cables to connect the wifi . They left the job incomplete told me in 72 hours someone will come to do the final connection. It's been 2 weeks no one has come . I called numerous time . The agents keep saying there is no contact with vumatel except though them. And there is a fault in the line . It was never connected how is there a fault. We alreay paid them as well .
