Worse service /ISP

This is the worse service I received. You can never get hold of them but they quick to take your money. Internet issues all the time. I pay for 100mb line yet receive less than 10mb speeds at times. I’m trying to cancel my service and even that they can’t assist with. Whom do I speak to? This company never has anyone available. I was on hold for more than a hour after which I ended the call cause of no answer. They say “try our super fast WhatsApp line” what **** is that, they only get back to me a day later on WhatsApp too.

What type of service is this????????? Unfortunately hello Peter only has the lowest rating of 1 star, wish they have a negative rating for this company -WEBAFRICA. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use there service ever. The complaints email address given also takes days for a response. Which makes sense I suppose with such poor service they must be inundated with complaints.
