Worse service, *****ing customers money

Worse service ever, these people only have telephone number for sales, when it comes to complaints or reporting technical issues you only have WhatsApp which you talk to the rebort not human being. My services were down from the 23rd of November only reported on the 25 when I was at work with access to internet. But they are refusing to credit me from when I encounter the problem. They even refuse to look at the usage report. I ask them to cancel they services on the 29th of November yet they still debited me on the 2nd of December. I am no longer using the service but still billing me.
