Worse service ever.

As first time user of the service provider. My router was installed today (14 August 2025). The technician left without making sure that my service is working. I later got an sms with password. After entering all the credentials I received a messege saying TV and cellphone was connected but no internet connection. Around 18h00 I tried calling the service provider and I was told that an Agent will be assign to assist with my query. Later around 19h00 I tried again then I was directed to a WhatsApp number for further assistance since the that department was closed. I continued communicating with autobreply machine and still been advised that my query has been made a priority. From that time I received numerous messages that says an agent will attend to my call. Around 21h00 I send another request to my surprise their working hours for WhatsApp is till 20h30. I was madebto wait for nothing. I was using Rain previously I thought they were bad but it looks like this is worse service ever honestly. To top it all they don't have any offices in Bloemfontein.
