Worse service EVER. Even TELKOM at their worse were better.

Worst service I ever experienced. I waited 19 (NINETEEN) HOURS for "WILLIE" the "service bot" to put me through to an agent. After 20 minutes the agent Chwayita M cut me off because his "backup power" was running low. The delay in responses from the AGENTS is pathetic. It seems they are dealing with multiple people at once. WebAfrica obviously does not care about the individual.
