Worse service ever

I app**** for fibre until today it was never delivered I went to vox they then delivered their ont and fibre and am currently using vox I also got a statement from webafrica that am owing R645 for none existing products when I send them whatsapp on their number I kept on been transferred more than 6 times in a space of 30 minutes no 1 was willing to assist
