Worse service ever.

The worse service ever, I have been trying for more than a week to get hold of anyone that works there but no one seems to get back to you, if you call there is no answer, if you live chat on the internet there is no answer , the WhatsApp line as well , seems to me like they do r ga r any employees, coz no one seems to be helping me.
