worse service but quick to debit account when cancelling they quick to suspend servuce

I cancelled my contract with this company and after cancelling they suspended my service without releasing my line in order for Vuma to activate my line with the ISP i have signed up with , i have been sending messages i have been put dealing with probably the whole of webafrica pathetic agents, after being a loyal client for almost 5 years this is the thanks i get. and im sure they wont even read this or even acknowledge this review.
