Worse service and they made promises they can not keep
They are the worse, I'm in such a pickle we cancel with Afrihost starting with web Africa and now web Africa can only send me a router in 3 days. it is such a problem working from home and I did mentioned it to web Africa before and they just don't care. They are so rude, putting the phone down in my ear. Open serve did the installation today and we going to be without internet from the 1st of May and Web Africa just don't care. I never thought this will be the case signing up with them. IS THERE SOMEONE THAT CAN HELP ME PLEASE!!!

28 Apr 2020, 14:22Rewena Davids never told me it is going to take up to 5 working days to receive this router and to top it all I get charged for service as from now, I cant even use this service because no router yet but I get charged. We will have no internet from the 1st of May and Rewena and the whole of Web Africa doesn't care, I'm really sad wish I never signed up with them. I will never refer them to anyone.
