Worse service
I'm not sure if I have made the correct decision by signing up with this ISP the came and installed serviced yesterday and it's still not active yet thy quick to ask you to make a payment,I mean this day in age everything gets activated same day .I am getting really worried bcz the reviews I see are shocking

[6/7, 10:30] Web Africa: *Siseko M.*: No FX / levels means that the fibre is not live there was no light picked up on the fibre to indicate that its live, the fibre could have been damaged when it was installed (a kink in the fibre cable) so this would be assigned to a civil team to go out and check the infrastructure. We currently have no ETA for this and will have to wait for the civil team to confirm when it is completed. Once the conduits have been cleared, you should receive another call from the scheduling team.
Thts the response I get from their chat service ... No TAT no fockol as long they got the payment no care
