Worse service

I have been telling them to cancel my service since October 2022. Was told I'm not allowed to cancel via email. Got back in the country, had endless whatsapp chats about no intent and again told them to cancel, more than once. The debit order went off again yesterday. Been 'n WhatsApp again the whole of yesterday and this morning, I'm told I never cancelled, the person asked me why I'm cancelling, but apparently, their was no conformation back that I cancelled. So it's still not cancelled. I spoke to 2 people over the phone, told them to cancel but it's not cancelled.
