Worse Service

I've had this MTN LTE for a month now, it is not working I cannot open email or even watch Netflix. I reported network issues on the 8th of Jan and even today I have yet to receive a response. Please cancel this nonsense and reinstate my Telkom and if it gives the same problem please cancel your service.

I cannot keep my side of the deal and ya'll don't. I won't accept any waiting periods etc, you didn't deliver what I paid for....
