Worse nightmare

I've been waiting for more than 3 weeks for the installation when the guy came for the installation he sabotage the connection and he told us that he will send the maintenance guy to fix it and I don't know why he did that or is one of their tricks to keep you on the hook they do not bother to contact me until today I'm still waiting.
