Worse ISP in Cape Town

The worse service ever my fibre line has been down for a week and I only have the installation for 2 weeks. It will expected of me to pay for all this down time in 2 weeks and the only fault logging system this ISP have is a WhatsApp bot. I am definetly cancelling this fibre line.
