Worse ISP ever - runaway

I wish I’d read the reviews about WebAfrica before signing up with them. They’re by far the worst ISP I’ve ever use (thought Telkom was bad) think again. I’ve been without internet connection for a month now, with no update on the fault logged. I’ve been following up with them every day and get the same robotic response, and had to wait for a whole 2 hours for me to be assisted on a chat. Their call centre is even worse. I’m paying for a service that I’m unable to use cause of them.
