Worse internet service provider ever

This is the most useless and worst service provider I have ever came across. Truly most unprofessional. A sales agent contacts you promises you the world, charges you an extra cost for your wifi and for 3 weeks I still don't have wifi. Is it so hard for a line to be activated. No one is available to get hold of and they whatsapp line that only reverts back to you after two or three days. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I honestly feel like I have been ****med.
