Worse internet provider

My name is lishon I am a customer of you guys I previously had a problem where my services was cancelled without my permission yet I paid for the service therafter you guys charged me for a router and also installation then you guys sent me another router for 2 months I tried to sort this out however last week a agent jarryd assisted me he was the only one who knew what to do and assist me all the other consultants were rude then I made numerous calls asked for a manager now I'm sitting with a bill I paid so much money already you guys are robbing me plus gave me such high bills I am taking this to hello peter and the financial ombudsman as I use this service to work from home I need my money back if you guys cant assist me
