Worse Fibre WiFi service ever

I have never seen such poor and slow service by a fibre company. Was advised by the developer to make use of Clear Access and Web Africa as they are the "partners" and will get the fibre sorted quickly. Been a complete nightmare. Finally got the router around a week ago. Been awaiting ever since for the installation and then it still needs to get onto the network.

It amazes me how companies like this survive. If I had another option I would have cancelled today.

Impossible to talk to someone, best you can do is chat on WhatsApp and then one get these standard "policy" answers.
