Worse fiber service ever

We am using Webafrica for fiber connection where we stay. They did put us on a 22 day period, so after every 21 day, we have to make a payment so our connection stays live. We wanted to change this to a full month with a debit order. This has been a nightmare, we are now out of connection because its said that they terminated our service so that the month to a month would kick in, this is not the case though. Their whatsapp line is not helpful at all. They would ask you questions like when last did you have a connection, when last you made a payment, when was your first connection, after you have answered all that, they would say they dont see a history of your payment nor connection on their system.

If you want new or alternative fiber connection, do not consider Webafrica, worse service ever.
