Worse ever! Poor communication & *********** staff.

Worst experience ever! I have done everything online and my order was processed on the 23 June 2024, got an installation date of the 1st of July. No one came not even a follow up call to say why. Until I made attempts of following up, nothing. Am still doin a follow up till today such an inconvenience because I cancelled my wifi rightfully so cz I had an appointment in place. Now am incurring expensing in buying data & travelling to work everyday because I can't work from home.
