Worse Customer support ever

Webafrica has the worse Service. I have signed up with them and after installation it has been a week and i still do not have any internet service. There whatsapp live chat is a was of time as there agents do not know what they are doing or how to service customers. I have also requested to speak to a manager and that has still not happened, Yet they are quick to Bill for a service that i can not use.

I have currently logged over 10 support logs and my issue is still note resolved.
