Worse customer service via WhatsApp

I swear Webafrica has the worse customer service ever. You chat to someone on WhatsApp and they take hours to reply or don't reply and end the chat. How do you guys expect to resolve our queries when it's so difficult to get through to someone. Seriously thinking of changing providers.
