Worse customer service and rules which are day light *******

Do not use webafrica. it is easy to order and then when it comes to cancellation, they are making your life misery. Their what app call system is useless and take forever. None of the customer service employee informed you when you want to cancel that there is a calendar month and also it involves a cancelation fee of R999. Apparently you need to ask them the questions. That is the answer I got given from the billing enquiry person which is shocking .They also do not action the cancelation to nail you . then they debit your account without your consent. Appealing way of doing business. they treat their customers extremely poorly.
