Worse company.their service sucks

Vuma is the worse company ever with poor customer service.i paid for my wifi on Friday till today still I'm not connected I called them since from Saturday they don't pick up the phone if they did they will just say I will refer you to another agent then hangup the phone And I'm also waiting for my refund since from May till now they always have excuses.i am not happy with their service
