Wors wifi ever

Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen i app**** to the service for fibre received a router on the 8th of oct still waiting for activation realized the installation of fibre is there messaged them as the power cord to the optical network terminal was missing they don't even care to give feedback just needed a power plug now i am told the previous isp has not even been canceled after the tenants before the ones that moved out has not canceled the line.
