Work from home gone wrong

All I wanted was to change my debit order date. It wasn't possible. So I went for the voucher obtain. Never did I indicate that I wanted to cancel my internet. Low and behold my internet is cancelled. 9 hours later and 10 different WhatsApp assistant my internet is still off. Leaving a bad taste in my mouth. Totally ****ed at WebAfrica.
