Won't let you cancel, lose-lose thinking

Terrible experience using their chat service. The only way to cancel my account is via a buggy chat service, which keeps crashing. There is no other option, which shows that they want to make it really easy to sign up, and really hard to cancel. They're wasting my time so that I give up trying to cancel their poor and overpriced service. Such lose-lose thinking from their side.
