Without internet for 2 weeks!

We joined WebAfrica in middle April 2021. Our internet just went off on 21/05/2021. IT IS STILL OFF! We cannot seem to get a proper answer or solution to the problem. We have spoken with various consultants and logged faults. It has nearly been 2 week without internet. All we have are these reference numbers: 32731, ***, ***, ***, ***. How can we trust a company which could only provide proper service for a month? Truly hope this gets sorted ASAP as I'm truly starting to reconsider the service...
