Willie the unhelpful Bot

Webafrica does not care about the customers who pay them for a service, they would rather let a Bot called Willie do their talking for them, and if his assistance is an indication of their commitment to you, then you know you mean nothing to them in the greater scheme of things. I have an internet problem at home and cannot address this issue during office hours, and guess what, they have no-one to talk to you after hours. Internet requirements are 24/7/365, surely then they should have consultants/support that can assist you during operational hours?
