WILLIE THE BOT - WHAT *******!!!!

I have not had a Fibre connection for the past week now amd I am sick and tired of speaking to a Bot and agents via whatsapp. I have a son in Matric that requires internet!!! Why are we not able to call? Then when we try get assistance via whatsapp it takes a very long time for you to be connected to an agent and when an agent is eventually allocated to assist its at a time when we are not able to respond then the chat gets ended and now have to start again!!!! This is disgusting service!!! I regret signing up with them again!!!! The service that I have received is absolutely atrocious!!!!! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND WEBAFRICA TO ANYBODY!!!!
