Willie the Ass

Worst ever service I have received. The help line "Willie the ass" sucks. Whenever you start a log call you end up spending hour before some agent passes it on to the next sucker. Your logged issue cannot be resolved and he front en advisor must do his Q&A before you hopefully get passed on to someone that actually can help. My line drops randomly and has not been resolved since July last year. I do not advise anyone o sign up for "Willie the Ass" Good luck is all I can say. Seven agents in 3 days and still no resolve or follow up.
