Will never use WebAfrica again

I am sad to say that WEbafrica has dropped me over these difficult times. I was a bit late with my payment but still paid within the 30days. After paying and trying to cancel the disconnection through online attempts and phoning the call centre, they still cancelled my service. I eventually got hold of them holding on twice for over 30mins. They advise me that they cannot reconnect my line as my package is not available anymore. I must now pay over R200 more per month. I feel it was strategic from their side to ensure they get the best deal. I will never make use their services ever again.
