Wifi suspended

My service was suspended on the 02/02/2024 during early morning hours then around 7 in the morning I made a payment to webafrica the money got deducted out of my account and my service was reconnected then this morning after 10am my wifi suspended again after I paid my wifi on Friday it was reconnected now they are saying I did not pay for my wifi this month but the money was deducted and my service was reconnected up until today they just suspend my wifi so what do I do now I can't pay my wifi twice for a month
