Wifi Speed is unreal

I Have been trying to contact Webafrica numerous amount of time to sort my WIFI Speed out. There is no customer service number and you can only get hold on what'sapp I am paying for a 25mb line and the speed is so damn slow, every agent I speak to seem to can't assist me when they are slow and can't help.
