Wifi payment

I wonder why Webafrica switches off my wifi any day of the month. The first few months after installation they switched off their wifi on the first day of every month. Then it was switched off on the 25th recently is the 24th. Their conditions is, it takes 30 days to be activated. How do they calculate 30 days ?
