Wifi not working since this morning. Webafrica.

This is the 2nd time this month we are having issues with our wifi. The last time was when they switched us off due to their own error of not debiting my account. Today we have had no connection since 5:00 am I was on the chat with someone by the name of Iman earlier today needless to say he was so rude and unwilling to help. We exchanged what's up chat until I gave because of his rudeness. This wifi is under the name of Ayanda Ndima and I am the payer. This is a university student who has to do her assignments online however today she couldn't. Most of their agents are very rude and abrupt, they promised to assign someone to look into our situation nobody even bothered to call us. One thing they forget is that there is a lot of companies doing this function. This Iman guy was so rude in such a manner that he told me that they can refund us for all the hours we lost. That is not the point this internet is required. He even said time I use a smartphone so why can't I use the internet from my phone. What a fine chick.
