WIFI NOT VISIBLE

They also called themselves Vumatel. They don't even deserve a star,I'm disappointed,10 calls logged,after 3 weeks of installation and the wifi is not worked because you can't pick it up from the WiFi list,it's ridiculous,they deducted my money and for what????? how many time I have organized someone to be at my place because you said they said that they will send a technician but the technician don't pitch,and with no communication what so ever,I don't think Vuma should be allowed to operate,my money is gone for nothing 😡,I am very angry ryt now,I can even working from home,last communication they said that they will send a technician to come and fix the problem on 02/08/22 and I must be at home at 17h00 but they did not come,after 19h00 on 02/08/22,they called me after I tried to communicate with them on WhatsApp,they told me that there was a mix up with router,my route was send to a wrong house and I got that house's router,this is all after 3 weeks of not being able to use a WiFi, because it's not visible when you search for it,and they told me that the technician will bring it on 03/08/22,as I am sending this msg, nobody came,I have paid So far R150 for nothing 😡
