WiFi has been unstable for a month now is totally off

We understand how frustrating it must be to deal with an unstable or completely down connection, especially when you rely on it for daily use. When your service is not performing as expected, getting it resolved quickly is critical. This experience has not been the level of reliability we aim to provide, particularly when connectivity issues persist.
We’re here to help and would like to narrow this down further. Please could you:
Restart your router and allow a few minutes for it to reconnect
Check the lights on your Vumatel ONT/router and confirm:
What the PON light is doing (solid or flashing)
What the LOS light is doing (off or red)
This will help us determine whether the issue is related to the line or the setup so we can guide the next steps correctly.
We will continue working with you to get your connection stable and ensure everything is running as expected going forward.
