Wifi down since 21 November 2024. Day 9 already

Wifi has been down since 21st November. All we are told each day on the whatsapp number is that the technicians needs security escorts to come and attend to infrastructure fault. How much longer must we be inconvenienced? The debit order goes off on the 1st of each month without fail but we are not receiving the service we are paying for? Can anyone please please help! Losing money having to buy what is now going into the thousands rands of data. At my wits end!
