Wifi down

Webafrica and vuma is really 2 companies that are getting ridiculous I don't know who to blame my area has been down since 4 this afternoon and it's still currently off. And month end u want to deduct your full amounts and never mind the work days I loose due to my wifi being down. This is probably the 4th time I have been experiencing this problem.
