WiFi connection fault

I been having issues with my WiFi for the past 3 days now , the only assistance we get is through their WhatsApp chat , we have tried and tested with the agents and they seem to not pick up any fault however my line is still buffering. This is such an inconvenience as I work from home, I’m very frustrated
