WIFI CONNECTED NO INTERNET FOR OVER A WEEK

I have never been so inconvienced in my life, had I known that having Vuma fibre under Webafrica would give me so much heart palpitations, you talk to the agents on the watapp chat that take forever to response and yet you sitting with a paid router that says conected no internet, i work from home and this issue has affected my budget , my wifi is connected byut has no network we followed all steps still we not winning we asked for a technician to be sent out still not feedback this watsapp chat says sorry i have not bee contactd for the past hours someone will contact me soon...how much longer should I wait to be assisted with this issue, its been more than a week now and still countinCAN THIS ISSSUE BE RESOLVED I AM LOSING MONEY
