wifi company makes you wanna pull your hair out

i spent a week trying to gain connection on my webafrica router. no agent could assist, they don’t accept phone calls unless it’s for sales and their complaints email is absolutely useless as i received no assistance to solving my issue. very happy to finally cancel the service as my money was not being used for a decent service. never will recommend this company to anyone. it’s inability to assist anyone not interested in a new sale , is pathetic and will send you to an early grave
