Wifi

I paid payment on the 27 Feb however they said that I made payment to the wrong account number they said the will reimburse me my money back I'm still waiting for refund than they told me that I need to make payment again wich I did on Saturday 11 of March 2023 and I got the proof that I made payment but my WiFi is still off an no one seems to come back to me in so frastrated really
