WI FI

We relocated sosigned up with Webafrica for wifi on 19th October, delivery of rooter was 2 days later. to this date I still do not have connection. Webafrica informed me that it would take another 24-48 hours, this was on 1st November. Today 48 hours later I am told that connection is not with them but with FNO. they keep stalling and giving me excuses as to why wifi is not yet set up. Im irritated and wish like hell I never changed from our original fibre wifi.
