Why NOT to sign up with WebAfrica.

Pity I am compelled to select a star. I moved from Afrihost to Webafrica, based on Google ratings. What an epic mistake!! From day 1, we have been receiving the slowest of connection speeds ever! Fibre has been down 3 times since we connected beginning September 2024. Today, 27 October 2024, our fibre has been down since 05h30 this morning. Trying to get hold of an agent is worthless. Willie the bot is absolutely worthless. Afrihost at least provides 24/7 support. Funny thing is that through Afrihost, I was also using a Vumatel sub-base, yet none of the hassles I am experiencing with WebAfrica. I am cancelling today, if I can somehow get hold of someone to actually cancel. Will rather spend a R120 more per month with Afrihost and enjoy ZERO issues. I would strongly suggest people to stay away from this company.
