Why don't you do something??????????

As a new customer, I must say I am highly, HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in Webafrica's sheer LACK of service and customer relations.

How many times do I have to request an agent must call me back for that to actually happen? How many emails must I send requesting ANY FORM OF A RESPONSE regarding queries?

How do you just ASSUME that someone who says that they are related to me, is in fact who they say they are and not just that, but you tell me, YOUR ACTUAL SUBSCRIBED CUSTOMER, one story and to the family member a COMPLETELY different story?

Not only had I sent NUMEROUS emails asking what kind of installation would need to be done, but I even included photographs of what devices I currently have installed since I moved into an apartment where the tenants were a client of Webafrica, and I am STILL to receive a reply or a straight answer. I've even asked for help to understand what else has to be done. NO ANSWER.

Whatsapp chats are absolutely USELESS only being able to tell you that "the matter has been escalated and an agent will contact you". Yeah well, that was supposed to happen yesterday, but true to your form no one even attempted to contact me. Whoever is manning your "help" emails very good at IGNORING emails. Very good. He deserves a raise!

Yet again when the family member asked the exact same questions, he was able to at least get a delivery for the router organised.

Please note that if you had spoken to the ACCOUNT HOLDER and told me that I will not only need the router, but I would need some kind of way to connect the router to the access terminal box, I would have been able to make any arrangements necessary. I asked the same question to MULTIPLE agents to no avail.

They were probably thinking of ways not to call me.

I received an invoice which included a pro-rata amount which you expect me to pay, yet no full installation has been done.

I received a router. Great. Now I have a router and an open line which I am all paying for, but hey! I can't "get connected" as you say, just yet because I need whatever extra to have a way to connect the router to the actual fibre line.

Again: JUST CALL YOUR CLIENTS AND ACTUALLY TALK TO THEM. OH AND PLEASE KNOW THAT WHEN A CUSTOMER ASKS WHEN THE INSTALLTION WILL BE DONE, DO NOT ANSWER THEM WITH "I am sorry, you are not on the Openserve Spreedsheet for an installation" AFTER HAVING THE CLIENT WAIT FOR A WEEK WITH NO COMMUNICATION.

CALL ME!!! DO SOMETHING!!
