Who do i call?

Mweb installed a new router at my home on Friday. I called Monday and had to wait 30min to speak to the right person, that person (3rd) had to put me throug another person. After 40min the call dropped beacause I ran out of airtime. A lady called later that day to ask if my internet is working. I said I am at work and cant answer her question. She said the line will be active within 48h. It is Wednesday and my line is still not working. Thank you MWeb for making it easy to speak to someone and sort out the problem.
